SOME CONTEXT ABOUT THE ROLE:

One of the key parts of our sales process, is to engage with prospects on the business value of Crunchr and the technical possibilities and requirements of our solution. As our Senior Solution Consultant, you are instrumental in that. You make it easy for prospects to understand the value of Crunchr. And you ensure prospects get the technical answers they need across the entire sales cycle. You ensure excellence in the execution of the required technical elements.

You are part of the sales team report directly into our Chief of Sales, but you partner closely with other teams in Crunchr. It’s a new role for us, so you are asked to set it up and show how it’s done based on your mindset, skills and experience. Your key responsibilities are:


  • Build and give tailored presentations, demonstrations and proof of concepts showcasing our product to prospects.
  • Use market and technical knowledge to consult prospects on best practices and provide direction on how they can achieve their goals & objectives with Crunchr.
  • Potentially lead discussions with prospects in the areas of IT integrations, IT security and compliance to gain confidence with Crunchr standards and practices.
  • Assist the Sales team in RfP processes.
  • Communicate prospects’ business and technical requirements to our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition to post-sales.
  • As the most senior Solution Consultant in the team, you will act as as a consultant and advisor, bringing a customer-facing perspective to internal teams and conveying feedback to Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Technology teams.


Note: this role can be performed partly remote.


WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

MUSTS

  • University Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 – 8 years relevant working experience, for example in technical pre-sales, implementation services, business/systems analysis. A background in consultancy can very well fit the role.
  • Understanding of the HR tech landscape, analytical platform and/or planning tools (like strategic workforce planning).
  • Broad understanding of B2B SaaS architectures.
  • Natural presenter with excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable in the spotlight.
  • Able to articulate concepts and business benefits to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Knowledge of business analytics and/or data warehousing and familiarity with analytics systems such as Tableau, Power BI or others
  • Understanding of data structures (API’s) and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes.
  • Confidence and ability to converse with different levels of an organization, including C-Level.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technology, its benefits, and how it can be leveraged to achieve business goals & objectives.
  • You enjoy researching and uncovering solutions to problems.
  • You demonstrate consultancy skills, listening to the issues customers are facing, solving complex problems and prescribing a course of action.
  • You are passionate about your craft. You love technology and push yourself to learn, iterate and innovate. Innately curious, you invest time in thinking about how we can sophisticate our solutions.
