As a Digital Marketing Manager at Crunchr, you will be in charge of all digital channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation for our target audience at (large) enterprise companies worldwide. You will develop and implement a global B2B digital strategy that integrates PPC, SEO, email marketing, affiliates, website conversion and social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn). The role reports to our VP Marketing.

This is a hands-on role: you should be able to set up your own PPC campaigns, build automated email flows in HubSpot and develop a social posting calendar. You will get support from our product, content and brand marketers to help you craft compelling copy and visuals for campaigns. Furthermore, there will be external SEO support. Key responsibilities are:

  • Creating and developing an integrated digital marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute all paid ad campaigns. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages, ads, and lead magnets.
  • Develop and execute a robust email campaign strategy to support marketing and sales goals.
  • Drive growth in traffic, engagement, and community size across social media (mainly LinkedIn).
  • Optimize website demand generation performance through analysis, tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Build and execute SEO strategies that are tied to content marketing efforts.
  • Own our digital marketing testing process, which includes creating new hypotheses and setting up the A/B or multivariate tests.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure campaigns align with commercial objectives.

Note: this role can be performed partly remote.


  • 6+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
  • Expert in Paid advertising.
  • Experience with SEO, analytics, marketing automation and social media marketing.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize projects.
  • Organized with strong attention to details.
  • Great collaborator and able to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
